TRAUMATIC DUODENAL LESION CAUSED BY SEAT BELT
TRANMATISCHE DUODENUMPERFORATIE BIJ HET VEILIGHEIDSRIEMSYNDROOM
A case of traumatic duodenal lesion caused by a seat-belt in a motorcar is described. For the diagnosis and the treatment of such an injury, an accurate reconstruction of the accident is important. The morbidity and mortality show a close correlation with the time between accident and surgical treatment. /TRRL/
