ROAD CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY IN REGIONAL LABORATORIES

ACTIVITIES "MATERIELS DE CONSTRUCTION ROUTIERE" DANS LES LABORATOIRES REGIONAUX

Details are given of the operation and activities of a section "equipment" created by regional laboratories to help construction site supervisors to apply the regulations governing the machinery. Problems of control and acceptance of the machinery, of maintenance control, regulations and surveillance of operations are outlined. Examples are given of some observations made by the section which led to a more accurate knowledge of the equipment used and its performance. /TRRL/
