SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURE TO DETERMINE FACTORS FOR COVERTING VOLUME COUNTS TO ADT'S

A procedure has been developed which simplifies determining daily, monthly and yearly volume count factors for converting a traffic volume count on a particualr day, month and year to an Average Daily Traffic (ADT) volume.
