BEARING AND ROTATIONAL CAPACITIES OF ARTICULATED CONCRETE STRUCTURES
TREAGLAST UND ROTATIONSFAEHIGKEIT VON BETONGELENKEN
Tests have been made with articulated concrete structures to determine their bearing and pivot capacities. A recent review of the results gave rise to simple formulas for theoretical design of such joints, which proved a good coincidence with reality. Their use is recommended for closer utilization of permissible stress due to loads.
