PRODUCING 'SOFT' EXTERIOR PARTS
The need to combine function and appearance in "soft" exterior automobile parts is rapidly advancing the use of EPDM elastomers. Wider use of these paintable parts will depend on future developments in low-cost polymers and paints, effective reinforcing materials, faster molding cycles, and improved designs. /GMRL/
