U.S. OFFSHORE LNG TERMINALS: IF AND WHEN

The authors discuss the many factors, economic and non- economic, that will influence the possible use of offshore LNG terminals in the United States. Also described is the conceptual design of a computer model that will permit the economic evaluation of alternative LNG logistical systems. Hypotheses are offered concerning the future use of U.S. LNG terminals.
