NAVIGATION AND THE MOBILITY OF OLDER DRIVERS

This paper reports on the investigation of which age-related difficulties in navigating can restrict car travel. The research stresses the need to have improved navigational support, especially for older drivers. The authors recommend improved road signs and in- vehicle navigation aids to enhance driver mobility.
