E-ZPASS KEEPS DRIVERS ROLLING : TOLLS ARE PAID ELECTRONICALLY
The E-ZPass electronic toll system will begin operation in Delaware this month (November 1998). The Delaware Dept. of Transportation paid $15.8 million for the system which is expected to save the state $10 to $20 million in the next ten years. When the entire E-ZPass system is on line throughout the Northeast, drivers will be able to travel from Washington, D.C. to Boston without stopping to pay a toll
