60 GHZ MILLIMETER-WAVE DUAL MODE RADAR FOR IVHS

This paper describes a dual mode millimeter wave radar proposed for headway control on highways. The system would operate in both radar mode (for distance measurement) and communication mode (for data exchange). Experimental applications of this dual mode radar system are described.
