WIRED CARS: SORRY, OFFICER, I WAS JUST SURFING

This article briefly looks at the growing presence of computers in automobiles, and how computers are doing more than providing control and monitoring features. It discusses how the technology for extra Internet-based features is now available and is creating the concept of the "network vehicle." Various capabilities are described.
