ESTIMATION OF STATIC TRAVEL TIMES IN A DYNAMIC ROUTE GUIDANCE SYSTEM. II
In part I of this paper, an approach was described to compute default travel times estimates as applied to dynamic route guidance systems. In this paper, computing static profiles of link travel times for Advanced Traveler Information Systems (ATIS) is examined and the methods are applied to actual data.
