APPLYING HUMAN FACTORS RESEARCH TOOLS FOR ITS
This paper describes the application of human factors research tools to the design of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Three studies are described that address human performance issues with ITS each using tools that sere selected on the basis of explicit research objectives.
