SELLING YOUR IDEA
Many people, including transportation professionals, have good ideas, but are forced to deal with people who oppose them. They can face many challenges in getting skeptics to agree with them. This paper describes three experiences that the author has had as part of the Department of Traffic Operations in San Jose, California, in selling a good idea.
