EXCELLENT-INFERIOR COEFFICIENT METHODS FOR ANALYSIS OF MAINTENANCE METHODS IN PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS)
The improving way of excellent-inferior coefficient methods is a new way to analyze pavement maintenance schemes in pavement maintenance management systems. The best maintenance scheme of pavement can be obtained through comparing the excellent-inferior coefficients of all schemes, using subject function of some assessment indexes (Pavement Condition Index (PCI), Structure Condition Index (SCI), Riding Quality Index (RQI)) and experts'experiences and knowledge, and taking the weights of each index into account at the same time.
