ISSUES AND CONCERNS IN THE DESIGN OF COCKPIT DISPLAYS OF TRAFFIC INFORMATION
The format and utility of cockpit displays of traffic information (CDTIs) are an important research and development topic within the aviation human factors community. The paper examines some of the more advance surveillance technologies that increase the amount and fidelity of information available to the cockpit.
