MONITORING REPORT. SIX POINT PLAN - PHOTO RADAR PROGRAM. TWENTY-ONE MONTHS AFTER INTRODUCTION OF VIOLATION TICKET PHASE (FOR THE TIME PERIOD OF AUGUST 1996 TO MARCH 1998)

This report presents the monitoring results on the implementation and outcomes of the photo radar program. The report covers a time frame ranging from August 1996 to March 1998. Pre-implementation data of traffic speed, collisions and casualties were also processed and used in the study to establish the basis for comparisons.
