INTELLIGENT HIGHWAYS COMING SOONER THAN YOU THINK

This article describes some of the major ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) technologies in development, and what their capabilities will mean to drivers. The Intelligent Vehicle Initiative program is explained and described. Eventually, vehicle-based PCs will announce navigation information and provide Internet access to drivers.
