SEDIMENTATION OF TAILINGS
SEDIMENTATION DES STERILES MINIERS
Tailings are sedimented in water. Their density after sedimentation determines many of their properties. This paper discusses how both the colloidal content of the water in which they are sedimented and the noise level in it at the time of deposition affect this density.
