CLEARINGHOUSE CELEBRATES ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY
February 17, 1999 marks the one-year anniversary of the National Work Zone Safety Information Clearinghouse, a cooperative venture between the American Road and Transportation Builders Association and the Federal Highway Administration, to improve safety in roadway construction sites. The Texas Transportation Institute has been handling the day-to-day operations.
