A VISION TO SUCCEED IS PUTTING WOMEN IN THE LEAD

This article examines the issues facing women in the transportation profession. The Women's Transportation Seminar, the largest organization of its kind in the U.S. transportation industry, meets its members high expectations and continues to improve its performance. The impetus of WTS comes from its determination to help women in the transport industry succeed in gaining the knowledge, experience, skills and opportunity needed to acquire professional positions and achieve career advancement.
