NEW JERSEY BEACH REPLENISHMENT
This article describes the process that Stone Harbor, New Jersey undertook to rebuild its beaches after two severe storms in February 1998. The plan included repairing the ocean front bulkhead; acquiring the required state and federal permits; preparing plans and specifications; bidding; contractor selection; and construction.
