ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ANALYSIS
Environmental impact analysis is the process of carrying out an appraisal and evaluation of the total effects of A particular development on the environment. This report examines the case for environmental impact analysis within the existing planning system, and some of the techniques available for analysis. It draws upon wide bibliographical research and the advice and views of numerous organisations and experts concerned with development and its impact on the environment. Some suggestions are made for trial procedures and for further research. /TRRL/
