RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION GUIDELINES: FOR POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS OF IOWA CONCERNED WITH FEDERAL AID FUNDING FOR ROADS AND STREETS

These guidelines are to help subdivisions to comply with Public Law 91-646, the "Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisitions Policy Act of 1970", known as the Uniform Act. The guidelines cover compliance with "Title III, Sections 301, 302, 303, 304 and 305, 'Uniform Policy on Real Property Acquisition Policies Act.'"
