DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM THROUGH INTERNET FOR MARYLAND CVISN PROJECT
In this paper, the authors discuss the development and statistical evaluation model for an electronic registration process. Registration is designed to take place on the Internet. Since no data are available for the reliability of the system, an empirical model is developed to estimate the dynamic reliability function and boundaries.
