SURVEY METHODOLOGIES FOR DEFINING USER INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS
This paper reviews several methodologies for conducting surveys to define user information requirements for Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Case studies of different transportation surveys are provided to elucidate the suitability and advantages of surveys for the purpose of defining these requirements.
