MULTILEVEL APPROACH TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM

This paper presents a multilevel traffic control system for medium and large urban collectives. Hierarchical in its structure, the proposed approach to traffic control can be viewed as a framework to be used in developing intelligent transportation systems (ITS).
