FAULT TOLERANT CONTROL OF AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLED VEHICLES IN RESPONSE TO BRAKE SYSTEM FAILURES
This paper studies the effects of brake system failures on the combined longitudinal and lateral dynamics of a vehicle. Focus is on detecting faults in a brake system and designing a fault tolerant brake control algorithm.
