PERFORMANCES OF A IVHS PACKET-SWITCHED CELLULAR COMMUNICATION ARCHITECTURE

This paper analyzes the performance of an Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) packet-switched cellular communication architecture. The system was tested via a scenario which involved normal peak-period traffic and a highway incident creating high ITS data loads.
