THE LLAMD EURO-PROJECT : EXPECTED IMPACTS OF DYNAMIC ROUTE GUIDANCE SYSTEMS IN LONDON, AMSTERDAM AND MUNICH
This paper briefly summarizes the dynamic route guidance sub-projects within LLAMD, including the MARGOT sub-project. An initial overview is presented of the approach being taken in LLAMD towards a common evaluation framework for all the ATT applications in the project, and for dynamic route guidance in particular. Finally, it outlines some of the expected benefits and impacts from widespread implementation of the driver information and navigation systems in the project.
