A TRAFFIC FLOW MEASURING SYSTEM USING A SOLID-STATE IMAGE SENSOR
Describes a road traffic surveillance system using a solid-state image sensor which enables real-time measurement in the field. Compares its improved performance with that of a previous system developed by the authors. The usefulness and effectiveness of the system is demonstrated through a field experiment.
