AUTOMATIC COOPERATION OF AREA-DISTRIBUTED DISPATCH CENTERS IN VEHICLE ROUTING
Presents an automatic, distributed artificial intelligence-based method for dispatch center cooperation along with its prototype implementation. The dispatch center is described in detail. The developed method is compared to centralized optimization, a stock exchange type system, and a blackboard system.
