MODELS AND STRATEGIES FOR DYNAMIC ROUTE GUIDANCE. PART C, OPTIMAL CONTROL APPROACH
This paper presents an optimal control approach to route guidance. A decentralized method for estimating state variables and time varying parameters is proposed. A decentralized heuristic is used to solve the optimal control problem.
