MODELS AND STRATEGIES FOR DYNAMIC ROUTE GUIDANCE. PART B, A DECENTRALIZED, FULLY DYNAMIC, INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORTED ROUTE GUIDANCE

This paper describes a strategy in which it is assumed that each intersection of a guidance network is equipped with local controllers responsible for computing and distributing route suggestions to individual vehicles.
