REPORT - EXPRESSWAY SURVEILLANCE PROJECT
This series of documents reports on the development, operation and evaluation of a pilot network information and control system to reduce travel time and increase traffic flow on the Chicago region highway network. The Expressway Surveillance Project's goal was the establishment of a centralized information and control system for the metropolitan Chicago highway and major street system.
