A COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR HIGHWAY INTERCHANGE SCHEMES
A comprehensive evaluation index system for highway interchange schemes is presented by combining the step analysis method AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for interchange schemes is put forward. The quantified method of all the indices and the reassignment method for weights are studied. A computer program system for evaluation interchange schemes is developed in this paper.
