ELECTRONIC SCREENING IN THE I-35 CORRIDOR
This article discusses a benefit analysis of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) functions for Commercial Vehicle Operations (CVO) along the Interstate Highway 35 (I-35) corridor. The deployment of ITS-CVO functions along the I-35 corridor have been at the core of proposals to make I-35 a land-based, North American trade corridor between Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. The article specifically analyzes the application of electronic screens at domestic points of commercial vehicle inspection.
