STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE GEOTECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ALGERIAN TUFFS
Tuffs, also called calcareous incrustations, cover vast areas in semi arid regions; often they are the only road construction materials available locally. This statistical study has indicated that a large proportion of the tuffs would be rejected on the basis of existing specifications.
