NORTHERN SASKATCHEWAN TRANSPORTATION PLANNING
This study examines transportation needs in northern Saskatchewan. It examines air system development in the north including recommendations on an improved system of scheduled air service using a two level system of mainline and regional scheduled air service. Recommendations are made on required airport upgrading and navigational aids. Surface transportation is examined from the viewpoint of necessary upgrading of existing highway facilities and the need for new surface transport facilities. /TRRL/
