PROCESSING DATA FROM PERMANENT TRAFFIC COUNTERS
The various stages involved in processing the output of self-recording traffic counters are described. The object of the processing is the production of printed tabulations and summaries of the traffic volumes recorded by each traffic counter. Five computer programs are used in the processing and the functions of each are described. Appendices contain details of program logic and information on the data card layout required. /TRRL/
