LASHING COVERS FOR RORO PAPER CARGOES HAVE REPLACED TRADITIONAL CARGO SECURING LASHINGS

The Wisa-Fix system has been developed for ro/ro forest products carriers to protect and secure paper reels, pallet loads, boxes, barrels, I.B.C.s, etc., which are loaded on transport flats or cassettes and lashed to one big unit load. The system has the following features: a top cover with reinforcements woven into the fabric and sewn-in lashing straps; every lashing point has a breaking strength of 5000 kp; a width of 3400mm, the length can be chosen as required.
