MAJOR PORT IMPROVEMENT ALTERNATIVES FOR THE TEXAS COAST

Ship channel design criteria are discussed in terms of minimum width and depth requirements for various size vessels. Improved channel designs are presented for the ports of Galveston, Port Arthur, Freeport and Corpus Christi.
