INDEX SYSTEM OF ASSESSMENT FOR THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF ROADS
An index system of assessment for the environmental impact of roads is set up in this paper which is made up of four indices of sound, air, ecology and landscape. The method of determining these indices is analyzed. Assessment of environmental impact of a road by using these indices is explained.
