MULTI-LEVEL COMPREHENSIVE FUZZY APPRAISAL MODEL FOR HIGHWAY ROUTE SCHEMES
A multi-level comprehensive fuzzy model for highway route scheme appraisal is introduced in this paper. The model is suitable for the appraisal of multiple highway route schemes which meet the specifications, and can use computers such as computer 486 to process the calculation from statistics to matrix. Three methods i.e. vector average method, fuzzy matrix method and comparison matrix method, are presented to determine weight vector. The method for determining the membership of linguistic evaluations i.e. muase comprehensive fuzzy statistics method, is described.
