ACTIVITIES RELATING TO TITLE II PORTS AND WATERWAYS SAFETY ACT OF 1972
This report is structured to (1) respond to the question of describing Rules and Regulations to improve vessel controllability; (2) respond to the question of describing Rules and Regulations to reduce cargo loss in the event of an accident, environmental damage due to vessel groundings, and the progress made on an international level regarding design, etc. standards; and (3) respond to the question of problem areas in developing standards.
