ACTIVITIES RELATING TO TITLE II PORTS AND WATERWAYS SAFETY ACT OF 1972
The Ports and Waterways Safety Act was enacted on 10 July 1972. The purpose of the Act is to promote safety of ports, harbors, waterfront areas and navigable waters of the U. S. The report begins with a general description of the efforts taken by the Coast Guard in 1973.
