DESIGN OF HIGH PERFORMANCE PROPELLERS
ZUM ENTWURF VON PROPELLERN HOHER LEISTUNG
Design methods and data for heavily loaded marine propellers with low cavitation are presented. A comparison is made of test data with design data on propulsion, wakes, cavitation and drag. The effects of radial pitch, number of blades and velocity field on propeller performances are also considered.
