SIMULATION AND TRAFFIC LIGHT PROGRAMMING
SIMULATIE EN VERKEERSREGELING
This article describes the simreg traffic simulation program developed at the traffic academy Tilburg (n1). It can simulate isolated sets of traffic lights with either fixed or semi-fixed programs. Simreg is an aid in designing and optimizing the programming of traffic lights. Simulation may also be used in process control. A development is initiated in specifying program allowing vehicle actuated operation by a central processor on isolated intersections. /Author/
