CONTROL OF A NUCLEAR PROPULSION PLANT
Implementation of a nuclear steam supply system on board a ship as the propulsion plant requires an automatic reactor protection/control/monitoring system which is fully integrated with the propulsion turbines and auxiliaries. This paper describes such a system and its interfaces with the remaining engine room systems.
