ENERGY CORRIDOR IN HAWAII
deals with the concept of an energy corridor. The idea is to establish a precedent for the orderly, controlled transmission of sources of all types of energy from supplier to user. Discussion relates to funding, cost sharing, and amortization by the users; alignment and description of the corridor; administration and leasing; and therole a state can play with private enterprise in the interest of solving the complex problem of transporting energy in a safe, efficient, and environmentally acceptable manner in today's society. /Author/
