SLOPE STABILITY DURING INFILTRATION
Numerical simulations have been performed on the infiltration into a dyke during wave overtopping. The analysis focus on the effect of material properties (clay, sand) on the infiltration and the influence of heterogeneity. Stability calculations have been made during the process of saturation using an uncoupled method. The results show the effect of heterogeneity. (A) For the covering abstract see IRRD 881647.
